At the time of transfer:

We provide companies that are in good standing at the time of transfer.

5. Transfer of Responsibility

Upon completion of the transfer and formal update of company ownership:

• The buyer assumes full control of the company

• The buyer assumes full legal, financial, and tax responsibility

• All future filings, tax returns, liabilities, and trading obligations become the sole responsibility of the new owner

We accept no responsibility for company activities occurring after the transfer has been completed.
